Buildair for R&D

Testing at Barcelona's port of the inflatable prototype designed by Buildair for the Spillrec project.  Spillrec is a European research project whose goal is to obtain new solutions for waste spilling challenges on the sea. Buildair forms part of the project next to CIMNE (Internatinal Center for Numerical Methods in Engineering), The Port of Barcelona, The Polytechnic University of Catalonia and The University of Stuttgart among others. In the frame of this project the first round of testing took place in Barcelona to validate the prototype designed by Buildair. The result, an advance in the development of new solutions to the challenge of recovering waste spills on the sea.
